If your domestic worker is unable to read or write, a mark such as an “X” or a fingerprint can be used as a signature. However, ensure that the terms of the agreement are explained clearly before asking your domestic worker to mark the document.<\/p>\n
Even if the employee does not sign the contract, it remains valid. However, it’s highly recommended for the employee to sign the terms of employment.<\/p>\n
